I’ve been using this app for several years and it keeps getting better. There is no easier way to run a box. Now if it only did the paperwork.

I have been using a version of this app for almost seven years and have to yet to find anything better. It is constantly updated to the changes in rules and have always been solid.

Awesome app!!!

I know it says it has knowledge of the WFTDA rules, but is there any way to actually get this program blessed by WFTDA? I love this program, but I end up arguing with the refs because they want us to use those pain in the butt stop watches. Granted, the bylaws say we may use either the stop watches or an app, but here in MI, these people are still thinking like Fred Flintstone. If you could actually say that this is a WFTDA certified app, it would make all the difference in the world.... Thanks.

Will not open immediately crashes!

Updated to IOS9 and now the app will not work at all. I click on the app, it comes up and immediately closes.

This is great for scrimmages and are short NSOs! I have to wrestle with multiple timers-frustrating. This is an extreme improvements. App does what it's designed to do without any issues.

This is a great example of an app designed for roller derby that does exactly what it says it’s going to do.

I've always been a proponent of the idea that a penalty box timer only needs a stopwatch and a pencil I handle their blockers, but with the new 30 sec penalties, our box has been a hot mess. This app is really going to save my bacon. I love it!

Timer works great but I would like to see it have the option to add another minute, for a total of 2 minutes to a specific players penalty time.

This makes box timing so easy! One feature request: Ability to set the default time to 30 seconds - we often use shorter penalty times during short scrimmages.

This app is the de facto standard for roller derby penalty timing. Well written and perfect for use in WFTDA and MRDA bouts.

Love it and use it every chance I get. Also great for Junior Bouts when the volunteers aren't trained as well and helps them keep track.

I use this app every time I NSO in the box. I love that you can time Jammers only, 2 teams, 1 team or just Blockers. We have 2 of these apps on 2 different phones for all the potential ref squads. This is a wonderful timekeeper that is easy to learn and use. We play under MADE rules, and it is very easy to convert the app to a generic ruleset. If you are a MADE, OSDA, or ref a league other than WFTDA, you will not be disappointed.

This app is amazing! I was able to run the penalty box by myself. It was so easy and fun. I was upset that more people didn't get sent to the box so I could use it more. This is a must have for any derby team.

It makes being the penalty timer very easy. A must have for all leagues.

As a new NSO and learning all the tips and tricks to running the penalty box, this App is a godsend. It incorporates the full Jammer rules, and you can turn them on and off. It's an App every Derby player, NSO, and Ref should have. The vibrate feature is wonderful! I havent had a problem with it yet. Oh and it is great for practice jams too. With the manuel time set function, you can start a Jam with a Jammer or Blocker in the box for a simulated ammount of time of your chooseing. Put it this way. You could buy 6 stopwatches; or spend the $3 on this wonderfull app. It's a win win situation. Just can't wait for an iPad version ;)

What a great penalty tracking app! In the past I've done the stopwatches taped to a clipboard trick, but not only does this app make tracking penalties faster, it also saves you the problem of missing a stopwatch when tracking multiple people in the sin bin. AND it has the forethought to allow you to set custom penalty times, such as someone getting a double-major or when a jammer becomes a blocker due to a jammerless jam.

Does just what it says - just tried it out at an intra-league game and it worked flawlessly; lets one person run the box easily, and follows the 4.x jammer penalty rules seamlessly. This is an example of great programming - nice work!

We need more derby applications!

A must-have for any ref or NSO!

The updated version handles 4.0 "jammerless jam" rules beautifully! One volunteer with limited training can easily run the entire penalty box. Every league needs this app for practices.

If you have a iPhone and work as an official in roller derby, this is a must. Works 100%. The girls in the box find it much easier to read what their time remaining is. Just make sure that you set the phone into airplane mode to keep anyone from calling/texting you while timing penalties.
